Which printing methods do we use ?
Digital Direct, Screen Printing, DTF: Confused by print types? Learn more about our different printing methods here.
Digital Direct Printing
With digital direct printing, the design of your choice is printed directly onto the product. This print technique is the most commonly used print type because it can be used on almost any textile or accessory. It is suitable for large, colourful designs with many colours.
Embroidery
Embroidery is a popular, traditional decoration process. Because real yarns are sewn into the fabric, your embroidered design looks particularly elegant – whether on hoodies, caps, polo shirts, or aprons. Embroidery is ideally suited for logos, lettering, or motifs with few colours.
Flex Foil Printing
Flex foil printing is a printing technique in which the motif is cut out of various foils, weeded by hand, and finally pressed onto the textile under pressure and heat. It results in a refined, high-quality print with expressive colours and a matte or a slightly shiny surface, which remains even after frequent washing.
Screen Printing
Screen printing is a traditional craftsmanship where each colour of your design is applied to the product with its own screen. This creates rich, intensely vibrant colours. Especially suited for group orders.
Direct to Film Printing
With direct-to-film printing, your design is first printed on a transfer film before being heat pressed onto your desired product. This not only makes the print more durable, but you also get stronger, richer colours, even with multi-colour-detailed designs.
Thermosublimation
With thermo sublimation, designs are applied to products under heat. The clear prints, which are durable and easy to take care of, are perfect for accessories like mugs or bottles.
