You can design your team kit in our online Wizard in a few minutes: add a logo or graphic, add text, and personalise every item with player names and numbers. This guide walks you through each step.
Printing or embroidery: choose how to start
Before you start designing, decide how your design should be applied to the product:
- Printing – your design is printed onto the fabric.
- Embroidery – your design is stitched into the fabric with thread.
How to start a design
- In the top menu, go to CREATE.
- Choose PRINTING or EMBROIDERY.
- Pick your product. The designer opens with the method you chose.
Switching between printing and embroidery in the Wizard
You can also change the method while designing. Use the Printing / Embroidery switch at the bottom of the menu on the left. The label above the switch shows which method is currently selected.
Getting to know the Wizard
When you open a product in our Wizard, you will see the product in the middle of the screen and your tools on the left.
- Product – change the item or its colour, check product info
- Upload – add your own logo or image
- Gallery – choose a ready-made design
- Text – add your own text
- Names & Numbers – personalise each item with player names and squad numbers
- Zoom – take a closer look at your design
- Printing / Embroidery – switch between the two finishing methods (where available)
Use the arrows on the left and right of the product to switch between views, such as the front, the back and the neck label. The dotted frame shows the area where your design can be printed. You can undo or redo changes with the buttons in the top right corner, and save your work at any time with Save in the bottom right corner.
Adding names and numbers
Give every item its own player name and squad number in two steps: place the names and numbers on the product, then enter your players’ details.
Step 1: Place names and numbers on the product
- Click Names & Numbers in the menu on the left.

Choose Add name, Add number or both, then click Continue.

A sample name (“John Doe”) and number (“00”) appear. They only show the position and style.

To put them on the back, select the name, click Move and choose Back. Do the same for the number.

Drag them into place and adjust the size with the handles.

To change the font or colour, select the name or number and click the Font or Colour icon next to it. The style you choose is used for every player.
Step 2: Enter your players’ details
You can do this in one of two ways. The result is the same.
Option 1: In the Wizard – best if your team list is ready now.

Select the name or number and click the Team list icon next to it.

Enter each player’s Name and Number. Click Add three more for more rows, or the bin icon to remove one.
- Click Done, then Next and Calculate Your Price.

Your names and numbers are already filled in. Choose a Size and Quantity for each player and click Add to basket.
Option 2: When choosing sizes – best if you want to enter everything in one place.
- When the Your team list window opens, leave it empty and click Done

Click Next, then Calculate Your Price.
- Enter each player’s Name, # Number, Size and Quantity, then click Add to basket.
Names and numbers entered here are also saved to your team list in the Wizard, so you can switch between both options at any time.
Tips and frequently asked questions
Don’t know your players’ sizes yet?
On the Almost Done! page, choose Ask your team. We will create a link you can share with your team, so each player can enter their own name, number and size.
Want your team to vote on the design?
Choose Start a poll on the Almost Done! page to let your team vote on your designs.
Why do I see “Your text is too long”?
Name and number fields have a character limit. Shorten the text in that field. Squad numbers usually need only one or two digits.
Why does a field say “Required”?
If you have started a row, both the name and the number need to be filled in (if you added both to your design). Fill in the missing field or delete the row.
Can I order items without a name or number?
Yes. Use the rows in the team list only for the players who need personalisation.
Will “John Doe” and “00” be printed?
No. They are placeholders that show the position and style. Only the names and numbers from your team list are printed.
Can I change my design after adding it to the basket?
Yes. In your basket, click Edit product to go back to the Wizard.
