All our products are handmade. Our staff in production will try their
best to process your order in a mere few days. Due to unforeseeable peak
times in production and varying forwarding times, we are only able to
predict an estimated delivery date. If you’re running out of time, you’d
be best off ordering express. Please call if you need more information!
For business orders over £135, when a valid UK VAT ID is entered at checkout, UK customs may charge import duties and taxes upon arrival of the shipment. These charges are not included in our prices and will be charged to you by the carrier or customs authority. For private orders, no additional import duties or taxes will be charged, regardless of the order value. All of these costs are fully covered by us and are included in the final price.
