The product preview in the Design Tool shows a standard size (e.g. M). Use it as a guide when choosing your design size. If you order a different product size, the design will not be resized automatically. Its actual dimensions will stay the same, whether you order size S or 4XL. As a result, it may appear larger or smaller on the product you receive.
Ordering for a group? Adjust the design size manually for kids’ products and particularly small or large sizes. For best results, make the design slightly smaller for XS and larger for XL.
Make sure that the design won’t look too small. Make it a bit bigger on products like aprons or pillows to achieve favorable results.
